Zapier is a platform that allows sharing files among different applications. The VQB Shopify application allows sharing user profile CSVs to any other application via the VQB Integrations app in Zapier.

Follow the below steps to integrate Zapier with the VQB application.

• Zapier should be first enabled in the shop scope and be allowed in the store’s subscription plan.
• Login to Zapier and create a new Zap to share files from Visual Quiz Builder.

• Select Visual Quiz Builder and choose the event as User Profile CSV Generation. Then click continue.

• The next step is to choose the VQB account. Click sign in and a new window/tab will be opened.

• Add the shop name prefix and the secret key. This secret key is a randomly generated string from the backend and is shown under Integration > Zapier in the Visual Quiz Builder dashboard. Click Yes, Continue.

  => connection is established between the zap and Visual Quiz Builder.

• Once the connection is established, a response is sent back to Zapier. Then the opened tab/window will be closed and redirected to the previous window. Then click Continue.

• The next step is setting up the trigger. There are three options to select from: Yesterday CSV, Last Week CSV, and Last Month CSV. Choose what’s needed and click Continue.
